UPDATE: This solicitation has been extended to 21 Feb 2025. All proposals must include the completed CERTIFICATION document from the Attachments section to be considered. Incomplete bids will not be considered. The U.S. Embassy in Malaysia is seeking a venue to host 1,200+ pax in Aug 2025. The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a reception venue with the following requirements.
All requirements are in the attached Statement of Work: · Availability in August 2025 · Main Ballroom capacity for at least 1,200 pax cocktail reception with room for stage(s) and displays · Ballroom and foyer space at least 12,000 sq. ft. · Located in Kuala Lumpur Sentral The anticipated performance period is for one day in August 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Proposals should address all requirements in the SOW.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.?? All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
