Pricing questions
How much will Abierto cost?
Reading the site is free. Scout will be $39 a month, Pro $99 and Team $249. Paid yearly, they're $390, $990 and $2,490, so two months are free. Enterprise is priced by contract. These are the prices we intend to launch with.
Why join the waitlist instead of waiting for launch?
Accounts will open a small group at a time. We invite people from the waitlist first, in the order they joined, and their answers shape what we build next. Joining is free, and you can leave the list whenever you like.
Will the public site stay free?
Yes. Every page, search, the public API and the open data stay free and open without an account. It's the government's public record, and we won't put it behind a login. The plans pay for the work Abierto does on your behalf: watching for notices, reading solicitations, exports and extra seats.
What is an AI solicitation brief?
A two-page read of one solicitation and its attachments: what the agency is buying, the requirements you must meet, how offers will be evaluated, the dates that matter and who to ask. Every line links to the page it came from, so you can check it. Pro includes 30 a month and Team 100, and opening a brief a teammate already ran doesn't count again. A brief helps you decide faster. It isn't legal advice, and you should still read the solicitation.
What is the recompete radar?
A list of contracts in your NAICS codes that end in the next 18 months, with the incumbent, the office that bought the work, what it cost and whether it was competed last time. Most of next year's solicitations start there. The earlier you see one, the more time you have to meet the office and line up partners.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. You'll be able to cancel a monthly plan at any time and keep it until the end of the month you paid for. Yearly plans are billed once a year. We'll publish the refund terms before anyone is charged.
How does Abierto compare with HigherGov, GovTribe or GovWin IQ?
They're established tools, and today they cover more than Abierto does, state and local bids included. Abierto is federal only, keeps its public record free, and will bill monthly from a lower price. The comparison pages put their published prices and features next to ours, with the date we checked.
Do you offer free access to APEX Accelerator and SBDC counselors?
We want to. If you counsel small businesses on federal contracting, pick "Consultant, proposal writer or PTAC/APEX counselor" when you join the waitlist and tell us where you work. We'll get in touch before launch.
