Abierto vs SAM.gov
SAM.gov is the official system: you register your business there and most solicitations are answered there. Abierto reads the same notices from SAM.gov's public bulk files and adds what SAM.gov keeps elsewhere: the award that followed each solicitation, the agency's buying history and the incumbent. Use both; always confirm a deadline on SAM.gov.
