Abierto vs USAspending.gov
USAspending.gov is the official record of federal spending, contracts included, and it is where Abierto's award data comes from. It does not list open opportunities. Abierto joins its contract awards to the SAM.gov solicitations they came from, so an award and the notice that led to it sit on the same page.
