Public-domain source data; site content CC0. No account, no key. ## What an opportunity is SAM.gov issues a new notice id for every revision. This site groups notices that share a solicitation number, and merges groups that USAspending links to the same award. One opportunity page lists every publication (sources sought, presolicitation, solicitation, amendments, award notice) and the award record when one was matched. Awards are matched on identifiers only: contract number (PIID) or solicitation number, never on names. ## URL grammar https://abierto.us/opportunities/{solicitation_number} solicitation number, lowercase, letters and digits only (W91ZLK-26-Q-A017 → w91zlk26qa017) https://abierto.us/notices/{sam_notice_id} redirects to the opportunity a SAM.gov notice id belongs to https://abierto.us/departments/{slug}-{cgac} department or independent agency (3-digit CGAC, e.g. 036 for Veterans Affairs) https://abierto.us/agencies/{slug}-{fpds} sub-agency (4-character FPDS sub-tier code, e.g. 3600) https://abierto.us/offices/{slug}-{aac} contracting office (6-character AAC, e.g. 36c262) https://abierto.us/vendors/{slug}-{uei} vendor by Unique Entity ID (12 characters) https://abierto.us/industries/{naics} NAICS code at any depth, 2 to 6 digits; sectors 31-33, 44-45, 48-49 as written https://abierto.us/psc/{code} product or service code, 1 to 4 characters https://abierto.us/set-asides/{code} sba, 8a, 8an, hzc, hzs, sdvosbc, sdvosbs, wosb, wosbss, edwosb, edwosbss, las, iee, isbee, biciv, vsa, vss https://abierto.us/states/{st} two-letter state, territory or military post (aa, ae, ap) https://abierto.us/search?q= keyword, solicitation number, agency or vendor; not indexed The slug before the code is a courtesy; only the code resolves, and a stale slug redirects (308) to the current one. ## Formats Every entity page above has two twins at the same URL plus a suffix: .md (Markdown) and .json (the record). Content negotiation works too: Accept: text/markdown or Accept: application/json on the page URL. Cite the HTML URL without the suffix; it is the canonical one and the twins say so in a Link header. https://abierto.us/feed.xml Atom feed of the 100 newest opportunities https://abierto.us/sitemap.xml sitemap index; shards of 5,000 URLs with real lastmod dates https://abierto.us/data sources, coverage and limits, in prose ## Hubs https://abierto.us/opportunities newest first; ?open=1 for open only; ?type=o|p|k|r|s|a|u ; ?setaside= ; ?state= ; ?dept= ; ?naics= https://abierto.us/agencies departments with their sub-agencies https://abierto.us/offices contracting offices, ?state= https://abierto.us/vendors vendors by dollars obligated, /vendors/page/{n} https://abierto.us/industries NAICS sectors and the most active industries https://abierto.us/psc product and service code groups https://abierto.us/set-asides small-business programs with counts https://abierto.us/states places of performance https://abierto.us/glossary definitions ## What the data does not contain - Notices posted before 2026-06-19. Federal only. - Lifetime vendor totals. Dollar figures are obligations recorded in the window; a contract ceiling is shown when the record carries it. - Anything from the keyed SAM.gov API.
