Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), Urgency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sexson Mechanical Company, LLC., for RLRVAMC Salt Tank Repair. NAICS 237110 applies, the small business size standard is $45.0 million.

Contractor shall immediately mobilize to remove the brine, salt, gravel, and residue from the salt tanks, thoroughly clean the tanks and replace the two damaged float valves. December 26, 2024, through March 6, 2025, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
