The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the due date for proposal submissions to 12:00pm Eastern on Thursday, October 10, 2024 and provide responses to solicitation inquiries. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), on behalf of the Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML), hereby issues this solicitation for the Electrical Upgrade project. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all effort, work, planning, labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation and performance of all operations necessary for the AOML Electrical Upgrade project.
