October 8, 2024 Please be informed that the subject solicitation has been amended. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the due date for proposal submissions to 12:00pm Eastern on Monday, November 04, 2024. Industry questions are pending responses and will be responded to at a later date.

September 23, 2024 Please be informed that the subject solicitation has been amended. The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the due date for proposal submissions to 12:00pm Eastern on Thursday, October 10, 2024 and provide responses to solicitation inquiries. See attached SF30 for Solicitation Amendment 0002 for more details. Please ensure to review all revisions and changes to the solicitation attachments.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), on behalf of the Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML), hereby issues this solicitation for the Electrical Upgrade project. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract from this solicitation. The contractor shall provide all effort, work, planning, labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation and performance of all operations necessary for the AOML Electrical Upgrade project.
