This project includes the following requirements: Systematically replace old electrical components to upgrade the building’s electrical infrastructure Replacement/Repair of Transformers Grounding and Bonding Replace Electrical Panelboards General Electrical work Full details on this project will be provided in the solicitation. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract awarded competitively in accordance with FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation, with a corresponding small business size standard of $19.0M. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) is 365 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP).
