This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0086 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Barillas Peak Road Reconstruction on the Santa Fe National Forest. 

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This opportunity is only being offered to responsible sources on the New Mexico Forest Engineering and Roads Maintenance Blanket Purchase Agreement (NM FERM BPA) in Zone 5 for the Santa Fe National Forest.
