Q1: Is breakfast the only meal required for the duration of the event, despite the full-day workshop schedule?

A1: Yes, breakfast only, served in meeting space 7am-8am.

Q2: Could you please provide a bit more information about the transportation needs to and from the National Guard Bureau, such as the number of people, dates, and times, so that we can arrange separate transportation for the guests when needed?

A2: Transportation would be for 12 teenagers and 4 adults. The schedule from the hotel to NGB; April 9th and 10th, 8 am pick up from hotel destination to NGB. 4:30 p.m. pick up from NGB to Hotel. April 11th, 12 noon Pick up from hotel to downtown DC (Either a Smithsonian or the monuments); Pick up time from Downtown DC. 6 p.m. and return to the hotel. End of Q&A The District of Columbia Army National Guard (DCARNG) will host a Military Family Readiness Workshop (Teen Panel) away from the DCARNG Armory.

The offsite location shall be within the 5-mile radius of the National Guard Bureau 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington VA 22204. Contractor to provide event space, meals, and lodging in accordance with the attached Purchase Description. Additional instructions are provided on the attached SF 1449.
