Building 463 Breakroom Renovation at Kirtland AFB

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 463 Breakroom Renovation and Entry Repair Demolition Contractor must remove existing flooring and rubber wall base. Contractor must remove existing casework and countertop. Contractor must remove existing plumbing fixtures and refrigerator.

Contractor must remove existing picnic tables and salvage for reinstallation. Contractor must remove existing cracked and buckled concrete pads and sidewalks. Construction Contractor must provide and install new flooring and rubber wall base. Contractor must provide and install new plastic laminate casework. Contractor must provide and install new solid surface countertops. Contractor must provide and install new plumbing fixtures. Contractor must provide and install new microwave.

Contractor must provide and install new refrigerator. Contractor must provide and install new refrigerator in Building 442 kitchen. Contractor must provide and install new water line for refrigerator. Contractor must provide and install new sprinkler system with bubblers, piping, sprinkler valve and timer to provide irrigation to four courtyard trees. Contractor must compact and prepare sub grade for new concrete pads and sidewalk. Trim and cut back existing roots as needed. Contractor must provide and install new concrete pads and sidewalks. Provide steel mesh concrete reinforcement and control joints. Contractor must reinstall picnic tables.
