Contractor must provide and install new refrigerator. Contractor must provide and install new refrigerator in Building 442 kitchen. Contractor must provide and install new water line for refrigerator. Contractor must provide and install new sprinkler system with bubblers, piping, sprinkler valve and timer to provide irrigation to four courtyard trees.
