Update - BID OPEING LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS for August 19, 2026 **AM03 - Updates Section 00 70 00 to include Clause 52.217-5. Nothing else is changed by way of this amendment* AM02 - Updates to Sections 00 07 00, 00 73 46, 01 57 19 and revised plan drawings. AM01 - Extends the due date to 19 Aug 2026, 1300 Local time. Additionally, the wage rates are also updated. Dredging of Los Angeles River Estuary and Port of Long Beach (Los Angeles County, CA) Construction services consisting of dredging (estimated quantities: 400,000 cubic yards) and disposal of material from the federal navigation channels of San Pedro Bay, specifically the Approach Channel at the Port of Long Beach (POLB) and the Los Angeles River Estuary (LARE) leading to the Queensway Marina. Disposal of the dredged material will be at an EPA approved ocean disposal site (LA-2). POLB design channel depths are  76 ft MLLW, and LARE channel depths are as deep as 25 ft MLLW. Estimated Construction magnitude is Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 NAICS Code 237990 Size Determination Size Determination $45.0M Period of Performance/Calendar Days- *Reference DIV00 Section 00 73 00.
