Update 0004 and 0005: AMENDMENT 002 - Bid Due Date and Opening Date/Time has been extended to June 23 2025. Please see attached Amendment 0002.

Updates 0002 and 0003 on PIEE/SAM. - Making any changes to the solicitation reflects as another Amendment. During Update 0002, the contract specialist updated the PIEE posting to reflect the new bid due date time (1 pm), but PIEE lists this change as a second amendment. However, this change occurred in Amendment 1.

Update 0003 is adding this clarification to the description. As of 6/9/2025, there is only one amendment that will need to be acknowledged in the bids.

Amendment 1 - Posted 6/4/2025: The purpose of this amendment is to remove and add clauses that were missed in the initial solicitation, change the bid due time and opening time, provide updated bid schedule, and updated plans. PIEE Listing was incorrectly listed as unrestricted, this has been corrected to list the set aside code as Total Small Business Set Aside.

PROJECT TITLE: FY25 SUISUN BAY CHANNEL NY SLOUGH MAINTENANCE DREDGING PROJECT LOCATION: CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and SOLANO COUNTY, CA. The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Suisun Bay and NY slough Channel to -35-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid over depth and Bulls Head Channel (Reach 2) to -37-ft (MLLW) plus 1 ft of paid over depth and transporting of the dredged material to SF-16 .This requirement is small business set aside.

It will be issued as an Invitation For Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract .The solicitation will be available on/about 13 May 2025 for viewing/downloading. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 13 June 2025 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
