PETALUMA RIVER CHANNEL FY24 MAINTENANCE DREDGING

On July 30, 2024 update: Dredging for Petaluma is postponed to FY25. A new pre-solicitation notice will be posted next year with a new solicitation number.

This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE:

Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Sun McGuinness: Suntok.mcguinness@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Petaluma River channel to -8-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at the Cullinan Ranch Restoration beneficial reuse site. This requirement is for a Small Business Set-Aside.

It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about 2 August, 2024 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about 3 Sep, 2024 at 01:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
