This procurement will be solicited as 100% total small business set aside. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This Procurement will be conducted under PSC CODE:

Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Logan Champlin (logan.champlin@usace.army.mil) and Contracting Officer, Melissa DeNigris (melissa.a.denigris@usace.army.mil). Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work is for relocation of debris objects located in certain Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) areas. ALL BIDS will be due on June 24th, 2024 at 01:00 PM PDT unless revised by an amendment. The specific date and time is identified in the solicitation.

Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 2:00 PM on June 24th, 2024. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
