Moss Landing Harbor FY24 Maintenance Dredging Project

This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE:

Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Moss Landing Harbor Channel Reach 1 to -15-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, Reach 2 to -15-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth, Reach 3 to -15-ft MLLW plus 0.5-ft of paid over-depth, and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification. All material is suitable for disposal at SF-12. This requirement is for a Small Business Set-Aside.

It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be available on/about July 18, 2024 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents. ALL BIDS will be due on/about August 19, 2024 at 01:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.

BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
