THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO A BIDDERS LIST, INVITATION FOR BID, PROMISE TO CONTRACT, OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI. THERE IS NO FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement to hold Yellow Ribbon event on April 11, 2025, in Albuquerque, NM from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm and is seeking responses for planning purposes.

The contractor shall provide: - Catering (Breakfast and Lunch) to include light refreshments provided throughout the day for minimum 100 and maximum 300 - General Session Room: Capability to hold minimum 100 and maximum 300 - Breakout Rooms - Projector/Screen/Sound/Microphone - Miscellaneous Set-up and Admin As a courtesy, to continue progress on this initiative, please submit your responses to this RFI by January 31, 2025.
