THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO A BIDDERS LIST, INVITATION FOR BID, PROMISE TO CONTRACT, OR COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT INTEND TO AWARD A CONTRACT SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THIS RFI. THERE IS NO FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement to hold Yellow Ribbon event on April 11, 2025, in Albuquerque, NM from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm and is seeking responses for planning purposes.

The contractor shall provide: - Catering (Breakfast and Lunch) to include light refreshments provided throughout the day for minimum 100 and maximum 300 - General Session Room: Capability to hold minimum 100 and maximum 300 - Breakout Rooms - Projector/Screen/Sound/Microphone - Miscellaneous Set-up and Admin As a courtesy, to continue progress on this initiative, please submit your responses to this RFI by January 31, 2025. Expressions of interest in this opportunity may be submitted at any time. Thank you for your interest.
