Synopsis: Two (2) HPE Servers at West Point, NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for (2) Hewlett Packard Enterprise Tech Care Essential with Damaged Media Retention (HPE Servers), at West Point, NY. The delivery date will be on or before 01 September 2025. This requirement will be full and open competition, under NAICS code 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing, size standard is 1,250 Employees and PSC is 7B22.

In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.

The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of May 12, 2025 in electronic format only and will be available on the CHESS IT e-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the CHESS IT e-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil provided as necessary for any posted changes. Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted and uploaded through the CHESS IT e-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil.

In order to be considered for award, product specification data sheets of the (2) Hewlett Packard Enterprise Tech Care Essential with Damaged Media Retention (HPE Servers) must be uploaded with the quote and completed solicitation into the CHESS IT e-Mart, at https://chess.army.mil, at the e-mail address listed above.
