Request for Conference Space and Hotel Lodging – February 2025

The Department of the Army is seeking a venue (within 50 miles of Zip Code 22040) to host a conference for approximately 500 attendees. The event is scheduled to take place 23 -28 February 2025. The venue must be able to accommodate up to 500 attendees, provide necessary conference support services, provide lodging rooms for 500 personnel, and meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need (SON).

Submissions should include the facility's capacity, location, amenities, and availability for the specified dates in February 2025.
