Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems-Relocatable Simulator Shelter #2

The 177FW, New Jersey Air National Guard, intends to award a single-source contract to Advantor Systems Corporation, 12612 Challenger PKWY Orlando, Florida 32826-2784, CAGE: 1S063, to provide equipment and services to update existing and add new Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) for the Relocatable Simulator Shelter #2 and associated buildings.

This requirement includes but is not limited to the design, delivery, installation, preventative maintenance, inspection, and testing of the new and existing ACS & IDS. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Service. The statutory authority which permits single-source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code 4106(c) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B. This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval.

It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 561621. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $25,000,000. The anticipated award date is 15 March 2024. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by Noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 06 March 2024 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.

Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
