This requirement includes but is not limited to the design, delivery, installation, preventative maintenance, inspection, and testing of the new and existing ACS & IDS. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Service. The statutory authority which permits single-source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code 4106(c) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B. This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 561621.
