The statutory authority which permits single-source for this acquisition is 41 United States Code 4106(c) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B. This authority is supported by an approved Justification & Approval. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this single-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 561621. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $25,000,000. The anticipated award date is 15 March 2024. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.
