FLC FUELS LAB

General Scope of Work: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide design and construction (Design-Build) services for a new modular DLA Fuels Lab for fuel testing at Naval Support Activity Panama City in Panama City, Florida. The scope of the work will include provision of a 300 square foot, permanent, modular lab manufactured off site and installed on a permanent foundation adjacent to the base fuel farm.

The placement of the modular lab on site shall be accomplished by a crane or other equipment and preapproved by the Construction Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative. Fuel Lab activities are currently conducted in B406. These activities will be migrated to the new facility once completed. Services will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order award.

The contractor shall include all project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, incidental design and all other associated costs necessary to fulfill the requirements of the Contract Task Order awarded. All costs associated with preparing proposals shall be the responsibility of the contractor. All work will be located at NSA Panama City. The required guaranteed minimum requirement will be satisfied with the FLC Fuels Lab task order. This PNM is for the seed project entitled “FLC FUELS LAB”. All work will be in accordance with statement of work and specified USFG specifications.
