The placement of the modular lab on site shall be accomplished by a crane or other equipment and preapproved by the Construction Manager and Contracting Officer’s Representative. Fuel Lab activities are currently conducted in B406. These activities will be migrated to the new facility once completed. Services will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task order award. The contractor shall include all project management, planning, estimating, labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, incidental design and all other associated costs necessary to fulfill the requirements of the Contract Task Order awarded. All costs associated with preparing proposals shall be the responsibility of the contractor. All work will be located at NSA Panama City. The required guaranteed minimum requirement will be satisfied with the FLC Fuels Lab task order. This PNM is for the seed project entitled “FLC FUELS LAB”.
