EXPAND EXISTING RESTROOMS BLDG. 20204

The purpose of this Design/Build (D/B) effort is to renovate the existing men's and women's restrooms at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) Bldg. 20204. The renovation shall expand restroom capacity for the security forces training team, enhancing the facilities, and improve the overall functionality of the existing restrooms. See (Attachment 1 Draft SOW) for further details regarding scope of work.

Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A solicitation for this requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Total Small Business set-aside is currently anticipated, however further socio-economic program set-aside may be determined based on responses to this synopsis. 2) Provide a Statement of Capability (SoC) that lists and details recent and/ or relevant experience with similar construction efforts.
