## Description

The purpose of this Design/Build (D/B) effort is to renovate the existing men's and women's restrooms at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) Bldg. 20204. The renovation shall expand restroom capacity for the security forces training team, enhancing the facilities, and improve the overall functionality of the existing restrooms. See (Attachment 1 Draft SOW) for further details regarding scope of work.

**Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction:** Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A solicitation for this requirement will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Total Small Business set-aside is currently anticipated, however further socio-economic program set-aside may be determined based on responses to this synopsis. If interested, please respond with the following information via email to the Primary and Secondary Point of Contact provided below:

1) Confirm your interest in performing the subject requirement as outlined in the attached SOW.

2) Provide a Statement of Capability (SoC) that lists and details recent and/ or relevant experience with similar construction efforts.

3) In your capabilities package, please include your Unique Entity ID, Cage Code and Socio-economic status. This posting is not an authorization to commence work or incur any costs to perform work. The Government will not be liable for any work performed or expense incurred in response to this posting.
