IHS HQ Executive Leadership Meeting

See attached solicitation and SOW for details,75H70424Q00029 The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to host its quarterly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Meeting from June 10 through June 13, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee (TN). The meeting will require conference space, audio-visual (AV) services for a hybrid in-person and virtual session, and transportation services.

The primary objective of this project is to secure adequate meeting space and audiovisual services to accommodate a hybrid in-person and virtual meeting with transportation services. The desired approach is to host the meeting at the same location for lodging for meeting participants but the Government will consider alternative approaches for lodging if unavailable on site at the federal per diem rate.

This is a request for quote using the procedures located under FAR Part 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels .
