Conference Space and Support Services for the Senior Enlisted Leader International Summit

The Office of the Chief Master Sargeant of the Air Force (CMSAF) intends to award a contract for conference space and support services for the Senior Enlisted International Summit. The event will be held from August 26-29, 2024, in the downtown Washington, D.C. area. The requirements for the conference are as follows:

Conference Space: One large conference room or five smaller breakout sessions concurrently, accommodating up to 195 participants. Must be within a 30-mile radius of a major international airport, a 20-mile radius of the Pentagon, and within walking distance to a metro station and bust stop (no more than ¼ mile). Registration Area Dedicated space for attendee registration with necessary furniture and electrical drops.

Operations Center Secure area with furniture, high-speed internet access, and printing capabilities Audio/Visual (AV) Support Full AV setup, including technicians, projectors, screens, fully-integrated sound system, microphones, and internet access. Breakout Rooms Five breakout rooms each accommodating seating for 50 participants with necessary AV support. Booth Display Area Space for 10 Small booths with access to electricity.
