Task Order Objective: The objective of this Task Order is to support the consultations, sustainment, administration, maintenance, and future development of SAF/IA SharePoint Online, MilSuite and Air Force Portal. TASK REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall list the overall support needed (Administrative) needed to fulfil the tasks. The Contractor shall provide one senior level (1) and one (1) mid-level clerical and administrative assistant full-time equivalent (FTE) to support SAF/IA directorates, divisions and front office. The contractor must have a final Secret clearance. Operations Center Secure area with furniture, high-speed internet access, and printing capabilities Audio/Visual (AV) Support Full AV setup, including technicians, projectors, screens, fully-integrated sound system, microphones, and internet access. Breakout Rooms Five breakout rooms each accommodating seating for 50 participants with necessary AV support. Booth Display Area Space for 10 Small booths with access to electricity.
