Stone Hall Farm, UK Excavation in Search of Missing Service Members

The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources from companies capable of providing non-personal services to provide excavation services to include an excavator/operator, latrine services, dumpster, water truck, Utility Turrain Vehicle (UTV) with trailer, lumber, and tractor transportation IAW the attached draft PWS.

Background: The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) expects to conduct one mission in Great Britain to achieve the fullest possible accounting of Americans missing as a result of previous conflicts. Missions utilize archeological techniques to fully excavate a burial or crash site looking for missing service members.

Response Guidelines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses via email to the primary POCs not later than Thursday, 28 March 2024 at 1300 (UTC+00:00). Earlier submission is highly incouraged. *This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identifying potential sources. This notice does not service as a formal Request for Proposal or or Request for Quote.

No pricing information is being requested at this time. *Funding is not, and may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This Request for Information is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.

If there are any conditions that prevent yoru company from providing a proposal should a formal solicitation be issured, please provide further details to assist in market research. Please provide descriptive literature commonly provided to the general public if possible.
