This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with RFO 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA527026QA029 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Heavy Equipment Rental requirement.
