The 502d Air Base Wing at JBSA-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas, has a new requirement for Stage Lighting, Sound, and Effects to support the JBSA Great Texas Freedom Fest on 12 April 2025. Please see attached Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) for additional information. If your company is capable and interested in providing the listed services in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), please respond to this solicitation no later than 04 March 2025, 12:00 PM Central Time.

Note: This requirement is a 100 percent small business set-aside.

Amendment 0001 Please see attached Q/A for JBSA Great Texas Freedom Festival, Stage Details Powerpoint (includes timeline/sequence of events) and updated SOW dated 25 Feb 2025. Please respond to this solicitation no later than 26 February 2025, 12:00 PM Central Time.

Amendment 0002 Please see attached amended RFQ (para 6, response due date and time) for JBSA Great Texas Freedom Festival Stage, Audio Visual and Technical Support and updated SOW (para 2.4.1). The due date for quotes has been extended to 04 March 2025, 12:00 PM Central Standard Time.
