Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON) II

UPDATE: USCIS is conducting an Industry Day on June 11, 2024, at 8:00 am ET. NEON II will be one of the requirements covered during this event. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend. The USCIS intends to reschedule and conduct the Industry Day in early September of 2024. Please continue to monitor Sam.ov for a separate announcement regarding this event.” The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), is conducting an Industry Day to highlight an upcoming project Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON II), in order to solicit and gain industry input from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below.

This is an upcoming requirement and the award is anticipated in the 1st quarter of FY2026. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement. For additional details please see enclosed Special Notice.
