The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement for a multiple award Floating Crane Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as described in the attached BPA Statement of Work (SOW) and BPA Terms and Conditions.

The objective of this BPA is to provide floating crane services to the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) for (a) retrieving anchors that are stuck in the mud, and (b) for lifting anchors, chain, and other large, heavy items and pieces of equipment from a barge or ship moored in the anchorage and placing these items on another barge or ship moored in the anchorage. Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluation criteria.
