SOLICITATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF 6973GH-24-R-00163 - CBP AVDL DOWNLINK HANDHELD RECEIVERS PROCUREMENT SUPPORT OF CBP DETAILED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE FAA. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attachment titled “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00163_CBP AVDL Downlink Handheld Receivers” and “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00163_CBP AVDL Downlink Handheld Receivers_Requirements” with all highlighted items completed and the signed solicitation returned by the due date for the response to considered complete.

Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items and requirements attachment will have an estimated 90 days after award. The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS – 334511 Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing Manufacturing Size Standard – 1,350 Employees Interested firms are required to submit a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable.

The FAA requires interested vendors to address the requirements in the attached SIR and complete the Section B Schedule with all items priced per the solicitation requirements document attached, then sign, date, and return the SIR by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on Friday, September 20, 2024.
