This is a solicitation for the acquisition of the items listed in the attachment titled “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00163_CBP AVDL Downlink Handheld Receivers” and “16 SIR_6973GH-24-R-00163_CBP AVDL Downlink Handheld Receivers_Requirements” with all highlighted items completed and the signed solicitation returned by the due date for the response to considered complete. Delivery Requirements: Expected delivery of all Section B items and requirements attachment will have an estimated 90 days after award. The FAA’s desire and intent are to pursue a competitive award resulting in a single purchase order, based on the lowest price, technically acceptable responsible offer per the Terms and Conditions of the solicitation.
