The contract will be a firm fixed price. Pricing should include yearly anticipated increases. If any price increase out of the ordinary Deviate from the contract will have to be approved by the Contracting Officer and customer. The Government is not under any obligation to increase prices in a firm fixed contract. I understand orders will be placed on an as needed basis for delivery two days a week. Can you provide any historical data on order volumes and patterns to help with order/delivery planning, any information specific to the current BPA?
