The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources for a multi-year contract that will maintain to provide reproduction, mail, and patient letter correspondence processing services for VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards because of this solicitation.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five-year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or about November 15, 2024, as a Request for Quote.

Responses to the solicitation shall be due on December 13, 2024, by 3pm est.
