VISN 8 Conference Room AV Equipment and Installation Upgrade TAMPA

Sources Sought Notice Description The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB sources capable of providing Audio/Visual integration, equipment, and installation services for VISN 8 Conference Room 329A located in Tampa, FL. Background VISN 8 previously installed AV equipment under contract 36C24824P0948. Technical issues and failures in the installed system necessitate correction and upgrade to support hybrid conferencing and training.

Scope Contractor shall provide upgraded ceiling speakers, microphones, QSC PTZ cameras, amplifier integration, new AV rack/credenza, CAT6 cabling, programming, installation, testing, training, and full system integration. A site visit is required to assess existing infrastructure.

Set-Aside This request supports market research to determine SDVOSB/VOSB availability, in accordance with VAAR 819 and VAAM M810.002-70. Vendor Requirements SDVOSB/VOSB vendors must be VetCert-listed and capable of performing AV integration services, including licensing, cabling, engineering, programming, and training. Compliance with NFPA 101, OSHA, and VA facility access requirements is required.
