This is an Advance Notice/Sources Sought/Industry Day Notice in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) which has a follow-on requirement to provide support to perform research, design, technology assessment, prototyping, integration, modeling and simulation, systems engineering, and developing embedded controls of HPM weapon systems. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order.

The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment-PIEE as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals. All SEAPORT MAC holders will need to register PIEE accounts in order to now receive solicitations and submit proposals. 11/05/2025-Industry Day Brief and Attendance Posted. 10/23/2025-Amendment 0001 Posted -The Capability Statement submission has been updated FROM:1200 EST, Friday, 24 October 2025 TO:

1200 EST, Friday, 31 October. Due to this requirement losing functions within SeaPort this HPM Engineering Services requirement will be listed as RFP N0017826R3107 within PIEE Solicitation Module. A draft RFP has been posted as of 8/11/2026 for draft industry response. Please refer to that posting when submitting Questions and Answers. When proposal are officially requested FY 2026 Quarter 4 a new PIEE Solicitation Module posting will be created by the Government.
