This is an Advance Notice/Sources Sought/Industry Day Notice in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) which has a follow-on requirement to provide support to perform research, design, technology assessment, prototyping, integration, modeling and simulation, systems engineering, and developing embedded controls of HPM weapon systems. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order. The Navy is now utilizing the Solicitation Portal within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment-PIEE as an enterprise solution for soliciting and receiving proposals.
