Page 3 of 3 Amendment No. 1 Solicitation (RFQ) 36C24825Q0150 Pharmacy Wall to Wall Inventory Services This amendment is hereby issued to provide answers to the questions submitted by potential vendors and to provide additional time for Vendors to submit their quotes. Quote/Offer due date is hereby extended until Thursday February 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM AST (San Juan, Puerto Rico Local Time) All other areas of solicitation remain unchanged. Response to Vendor Questions and Request for Information Question No. 1 The PWS states the following:

3.10 Hours of operation 3.10.1 All work shall be coordinated with the Point of Contact (POC) and be completed on Saturday (TBD) between 8:00 a.m. until completion. Is the performance required to be performed on one Saturday for all locations or is it flexible? i.e can we do it on another day than Saturday or can we split it up into two days?

Answers: No, we cannot split the performance required. It is required to be performed on one Saturday for all locations in February. Question No.2 Do you have prior pricing for this effort?

Answer: This is a performance-based requirement, contractor shall present their best solution and quote using the information provided within the solicitation based on their expertise and industry practices.
