Hotel Conference room

One large conference room that can sit up to 40 people, September 17-19, 2024. o Each student space should have a notebook, pen, and water (total of 30 spaces). o In addition, there should be four medium rectangle tables on the side near the walls, two seats per table. Each space should have a notebook, pen, and water (total of 8 spaces).

These are meant for the instructors, Program Manager, guests, and executives. o A podium to be placed in front of the room. o The room should be spacious enough to permit students to easily move around • Two coffee breaks (One at appx. 10:30 a.m. and one at appx.

15:30 p.m.) for 35 people that includes light refreshments for the four days of the conference September 16-19. • One conference room that seats 15 people for the morning of September 20, 2024. • One morning coffee break with light refreshments for 15 people on September 20. • Four days of lunch included in event package for 35 people. We are looking for a dedicated space for our group in the hotel.

Examples: hotel restaurant, open space area set up, patio, pool area, etc. It is okay to have the lunch in the same area for the five consecutive days, but not in a conference room. • During the four days of the event, conference room should be available 07:00 – 17:00 for participants • A dedicated WiFi for our conference is required as we’ll be doing exercises that require reliable and fast internet.

Audio/Visual • One podium and 2 microphones • Screen and projector • Technical support 07:00 – 17:00 September 17-19, 2024 and 07:00 – 12:00 September 20, 2024. • Audio – should be able to project in large conference room Additional Requirements • Include catered dinner one evening during the week for 40 people. Dinner should be in a private space
