Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source for Lodging & Meeting Rooms in Cle Elum, WA

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to post a competitive solicitation for this requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data in sufficient detail, and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1,) to New Suncadia Hospitality, LLC. for the purchase of providing lodging and meeting rooms for approximately 50 guests/attendees for the dates of 20 May 2024 - 24 May 2024. Please see attached Justification and Statement of Work for additional information.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses and information received by the Government will be considered solely as market research for the purpose of making a final determination as to whether the need for a competitive procurement exists.
