The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1,) to New Suncadia Hospitality, LLC. for the purchase of providing lodging and meeting rooms for approximately 50 guests/attendees for the dates of 20 May 2024 - 24 May 2024. Please see attached Justification and Statement of Work for additional information. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses and information received by the Government will be considered solely as market research for the purpose of making a final determination as to whether the need for a competitive procurement exists.
