Purpose of amendment is to provide Government responses to contractor questions (Attachment 1) and Revised Synopsis/Solicitation. Contractors must acknowledge this amendment. The quote due date and time is not extended. No further changes are incorporated.

Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is issued and prepared in accordance with format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in notice. Announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC124Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 and 13 are being utilized.

Government intends to issue a firm fixed price (FFP) award based on lowest price, technically acceptable quote that conforms to solicitation requirements. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024. This is a total (100%) small business set-aside. NAICS code is 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, which has a size standard of $40.0 million.
