Clarifcations: The intent of the project is to secure the colonnades from any further movement. Regarding trellis members, the trellis members are secured by the surrounding construction. Once the colonnades are righted, the trellis members should be secure. They carry no load other than themselves. 06MAR2024 - Amendment 0002 Released. See attached SF30 for details. Acknowldegement of amendments is required per the PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS section of the main RFP document.

Information concerning the REE policies and procedures regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts and the time required for definitization of those actions per 15 U.S.C. 644 is available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/.

REE gathers the data regarding the length of time it takes for definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts on a rolling data call basis in which the awarding contracting office provides on a per modification basis. That data will be aggregated and will be available at https://www.ars.usda.gov/afm/apd/acquisitions/ as required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w). Data regarding this requirement was not gathered prior to FY23.
